Sans Hotel Empress Simpang Lima - Semarang

The rooms were clean and bright, with comfortable beds. The location was great, close to a mall and a beautiful park. The staff made every effort to ensure a wonderful stay, providing great AC and wifi. The coffee and breakfast from the nearby café were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was ideal, with lots of street food options nearby and easy access to the city center. The room was quite clean, even given its affordable price. the hotel had great wifi and air conditioning.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with many amenities close by including malls, street foods and a hospital. the rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and warm showers. the bathroom amenities and towels are limited, but sufficient for the price charged.

The lack of an elevator could be challenging for elderly guests who are allocated rooms on the upper floors.

Spending my Christmas holiday in this hotel was a great choice! the rooms are spacious, perfect for a family getaway. the location is also a plus factor, situated beside a hospital with street food vendors, and it's just a few blocks away from malls and marts. the hotel also offers affordable rates that include bathroom amenities and towels.

Some areas of the hotel need improvement. If you're a light sleeper, it's best to avoid the rooms near the reception area.

Our city break was absolutely amazing thanks to the wonderful location of the hotel. We were just a few blocks away from the malls and mart which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and warm showers. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who were so welcoming and always made efforts to ensure our comfort. They even provided complimentary breakfast from a nearby cafe which was a nice touch.

The only drawback was the noise level in our room. Even though we were given a spacious room, it was right beside reception which made it quite noisy at night.
